To ensure the utmost preparation for your wedding, please review the following guidelines regarding weddings at The Greenbrier:
Your wedding manager can hold a tentative date for you for up to 2 weeks with no contract. To secure the space and hold a block of rooms, a deposit is required with a signed Letter of Agreement. The deposit is equal to 25% of the estimated food and beverage charges plus 25% of the estimated guest room revenue.
Once your wedding contract is finalized your guests may start to call and reserve their guest rooms. The Greenbrier also offers Cottages which can be rented for your wedding weekend.

Menus for private functions will be selected at least 45 days in advance of the scheduled functions.
Food and Beverage functions require a minimum number of guests. In the event that the number in our party is below this specified number, you will be responsible for the published minimum and a 22% service charge and 6% state sales tax will apply to your guarantee.
There are also food and beverage cost minimums (exclusive of tax and service charge) which must be met. The food and beverage minimums vary by season, location and the day of the event.
A guarantee of the number of persons attending each food and/or beverage function will be given to The Greenbrier at least 72 hours in advance of each function. It is Greenbrier policy to over-set by five percent (5%) of the Wedding's guarantee.
