Architectural Review Board Guidelines | Download ARB Design Guidelines
The Architectural Review Board Design Guidelines define the development of homesites and architecture of homes at The Greenbrier Sporting Club. The Guidelines discuss the role and procedures of the Architectural Review Board, the established architectural design philosophy, site planning and landscape criteria, materials, and the size and coverage of improvements. With the Guidelines and the creativity and cooperation of owners, architects and builders, the vision for The Greenbrier Sporting Club will be achieved, property values will be enhanced and the uncommon beauty and quality of The Greenbrier Sporting Club will be preserved and enhanced.
Design Standards Matrix | Download ARB Design Matrix
The Design Standards Matrix establishes specific design parameters for each homesite within The Greenbrier Sporting Club. There are no minimum improvements required, which means owners can build as small a house and other improvements as desired. However, each homesite within a neighborhood has an established maximum building envelope, roofed area and number of house stories. While giving owners ample opportunity to develop their homesites, these limitations on development preserve native vegetation and the natural beauty of the Allegheny Mountains.
