John Klemish was born in Westport, Connecticut and educated in Amherst, Massachusetts. Since 1983 he has been instrumental in the development of world-class, mixed use, residential and hotel developments throughout the United States and Caribbean. John was part of the team that launched The Greenbrier Sporting Club in 2000 and now acts as Broker in Charge and Adviser to the Chairman, as well as West Virginia Tourism Commissioner. John is married to wife Laurie and has two grown sons and six grandchildren.

Hayes Beard Sales Executive
Hayes Beard grew up in Atlanta and attended the University of Georgia. He has over twelve years of experience helping families buy luxury real estate properties at The Greenbrier, Temenos Anguilla and Cap Juluca. In his spare time, Hayes enjoys golfing, fishing, and exploring all the wonderful outdoor activities West Virginia has to offer. He lives with his wife Mandy and their boys Emery and Bryer in Lewisburg, WV.

Josh Hardy Sales Executive
Josh Hardy grew up in Washington, D.C. and attended Colby College in Waterville, Maine. Josh has ten years of experience selling luxury properties, including Temenos Anguilla and The Greenbrier Sporting Club, where he was part of the team that began the development. Josh and his wife Joanna have two girls, Ramona and Willa. In his spare time, Josh enjoys maintaining an organic garden on his property in Pocahontas County.

Jim Staton Sales Executive
Born and raised in Beckley, Jim Staton is a southern West Virginia native and worked for The Greenbrier Sporting Club for 5 years, from 2002-2006. Jim brings to The Sporting Club over 12 years of experience selling luxury properties in the U.S. and Caribbean, including Molasses Reef in Turks and Caicos and The Reserve at Lake Keowee in SC. He has two daughters, Gavin and Mason and enjoys traveling and sports when not selling.
