Tie your own flies at the Hunt Cabin; wade silently into three miles of Howard's Creek that meanders through the property, and try your luck with the trout. (Brown, rainbow, brook, and golden are just some of the trout species our catch and release streams stock.) Or take a lesson from our Director of Outdoor Pursuits who can custom build lessons or a trip to match your skill level and passions.
Bass fishing is also available in many of the ponds on The Snead course with either fly or spin tackle. Kids' fishing is available for children of all ages from our well stocked pond at The Hunt Cabin.
As a whole, the Greenbrier Valley has long been a destination for fly fishing enthusiasts and our on-site instructors offer half and full day excursions amid some of the most breathtaking settings both on and off property. With several popular streams, creeks and rivers throughout the valley, presenting endless angling opportunities.
